Parent Sponsoring Committee Meeting is held once a month.

All parents or legal guardians of Cadets are Squadron members of the committee. Parents and Legal guardians are requested to attend the AGM and at least 4 other Parent meetings in a Cadet year. All parents and legal guardians are voting members at this meeting. The Agenda for this meeting is set by the executive group voted by the Parent Sponsoring Committee.

All parents are welcome to attends and listen in.
