TRAINING
LEVEL 5 CADETS - CHANGES IN INSTRUTORS:
See the attached Revised Training schedule for March 2021. Changes made to 5 March 2021 instructors. New instructors have been assigned with the original instructors shown in brackets, (NAME).

Original instructors, (NAME) are to pass on any prepared lesson plans and/or PowerPoint presentations to the new instructors.

Original instructors, (NAME) are to attend the Level 5 class that evening as they missed the previous Alternative Instructional Methods lesson which will have an assessment attached to it.

LEVEL 5 CADETS - LOG BOOKS:
Level 5s, dig out your log books! For the planet, you can go with the electronic copy, but, if you're super keen to have a physical copy, Capt Ocran and Capt Dionne-StVincent (DSV) are figuring out a way to give you one. However, it starts with you!
Start recording what you can on the electronic copy found on the squadron's website and/or from MS Teams. Stay tuned for the opportunity to meet one on one with Capt Ocran or Capt DSV for parts that need to be signed off by an officer or where you may need assistance.

5 Feb - Alternative Methods of Instructions (AMIs) lesson for those who missed it. Regardless of attending the AMI lesson, 12 March is your deadline to have your 30min lesson plan (using two AMIs) ready and for submission.
19 Mar - Be prepared to teach it.

Any questions can be directed to:

MOVEMENT MARCH!
One of the aims of the Cadet Organizations is to promote physical fitness.
As we cannot do this in-person due to the current restrictions, ALL CADETS are being asked to participate at home.  For the month of March, cadets are asked to complete the Physical Activity Tracker (PAT).  In order to be marked 'Complete' for this training year, the form must be turned in no later than 09-Apr-2021.

It is important for cadets to participate as it will give them tools to be more active and to track their participation in physical activity. Tracking participation in physical activities will make you aware of how much time you spend being physically active. Becoming more physically active and less sedentary will help you avoid long-term health issues related to inactivity.  In addition, this will prepare you for the upcoming Canada Fitness Assessment that will take place later this spring.

Good luck & have fun!
