CODE OF CONDUCT
We are still missing quite a few of these forms from that require a Parent signature. Below are a list of Cadets that we require the completed form from. I This document is required to be completed by ALL Cadets and Parents. Without this form, Cadets will not be able to participate in Squadron activities and Camp applications will be delayed. For those that attended on Fri, a copy was sent home with the Cadet.

Forms must be signed and returned to the office no later than 10 Jan 2019. We require the original signature.

TAG DAYS - DEC 14 & 15
A reminder to Cadets that Parents must stay and supervise their shift, for safety and security reasons. The schedule is posted on Facebook and on the Website.

Cadets must show up for their shift!
You will need to sign-in for your shift when you arrive. If you do not have a uniform, you must are to wear a collared shirt, slacks and presentable clothing, and your badge and lanyard.

TRAINING
CAMP APPLICATION FORMS
These were handed out to Cadets interested in applying for next summer’s camp. Forms must be completed and returned no later than 10-Jan.

ADMINISTRATION
Reminder that if you are not coming to Cadets you asked to use the Absence Request Form on the website or call office in order to be considered excused by the Thursday evening prior.

Do not use the Facebook page to report absences.

PARENT SPONSORING COMMITTEE
MANITOBA AVIATION COUNCIL SCHOLARSHIPS
The Air Cadet League of Canada (Manitoba), in conjunction with the Manitoba Aviation Council, generous member donations have resulted in the initiation of two x $1200 scholarships that will be presented to Manitoba Air Cadets with a passion to pursue a career in an aviation-related field. These scholarships can be used toward post secondary education in an aviation related discipline, the pursuit of a private pilot license, or continuing flying in the pursuit of a commercial license. Recipients must be an active Manitoba Air Cadet until at least April 30, 2020.

The Application Form is posted on the website under 'Weekly Announcements'. Applications are submitted to the Air Cadet League of Manitoba no later than 31-Jan-2020.

COMMUNITY SERVICE - FOOD DRIVE
Winnipeg Harvest Holiday Food Drive
Thank you to everyone that donated to Food Drive. Winnipeg Harvest will be coming on Tuesday to pick up the donations.
The winner of the $50 VISA Gift Card was: Sgt Isabella Borys. Congratulations!

ARRIVAL & PICK-UP
Cadets should not arrive prior to 1800 hrs as the doors to the building may not be unlocked and there may not be Officers present to take responsibility of your child.
Cadets are to be picked up no later than 2130 hrs. Parents are asked to come inside at 2100 hrs to hear any announcements that are given at the end of the evening.

HOLIDAY BREAK
