REMEMBRANCE DAY PARADE - NOV 11 - 1900 -2030 hrs
We will be holding our Remembrance Day Parade virtually this year.
Calling on Cadets that speak French: We are looking for 1-2 Cadets that are able to recite part of In Flanders Field in French during the ceremony. If you are interested, please email us at 177Air@cadets.gc.ca and let us know. We will then help you prepare.

TRAINING

If your class is an in-person class, the location is: 870 Portage Ave (Commissionaires Bldg)
DO NOT COME TO MINTO ARMOURY!
ONLY Cadets will be allowed to occupy the training area. Parents may come into drop-off your Cadet and pick up paperwork, however, you will not be allowed to stay, as we have to abide by the Commissionaires occupancy limit based on our current Public Health Orders.
ONLY the Cadets that have Level Training scheduled for in-person should be coming to the Commissionaires Bldg. All other levels will have a virtual class.
In-person Checklist:
- Mask
- Writing equipment/paper/notebook
- Water bottle/drink & snacks (no canteen)
- ALL CLASSES BEGIN AT 7:00 PM SHARP.

A reminder that the training schedule has also been posted in the MS Teams portal. The schedule still requires a number of instructors. Please review and update your Level NCO and Level Officer.

In-person instructors: If you are scheduled to instruct in person, please advise Lt G Chennells (gabi.chennells@177rcacs.ca) if you require a device. We will ensure that this will be set up for in advance.
Instructors: please arrive at 1830 hrs to have time to set up/log in.
4) SUPPLY
Supply is almost ready to start exchanging and issuing uniform parts!

Return Cadets that need to exchange please prepare the following in addition to the form above:
1. Freshen them up by giving them all good wash and polish your boots/ blacken your welts
2. Separate pieces that do not fit. Write on a Piece of paper:
a. Your Last Name, First Name
b. Which parts do you need to be replaced and their sizes,
ex. Bloggins, Avery
Light blue shirt male 13 or female 10M
Boots 220/98
Tunic 6432
Pants 6732
Wedge 7 1/2
3. Place in a bag with the paper from above and insert it on top of the items in the bag or stapled on the outside. If boots do not fit they can be given separately
**Please do not return socks and dark blue cotton T-shirt** If you need these replaced just indicate your previous sizes on the paper and your new size required
Uniforms being returned need to be washed and boots polished.
Failure to do so will put your exchange at the back of the line and/or will be returned to you
You will be notified when to bring them with you during in-person training. For now please just prepare them and have them ready for when we request you to bring them in.
