CADET CODE OF CONDUCT
In accordance with a National Directive from the Chief of Staff, National Cadet & Junior Canadian Rangers Support Group, Cadets are now required to read, acknowledge and sign the Cadet Code of Conduct form. Parents are also required to read and sign the Code of Conduct. Failure to follow any items listed on the Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary measures to be determined by the Commanding Officer of the Squadron. This form will be retained by the Squadron in the Cadet’s personnel file.
The form can be found on the website under "Weekly Announcements"
Forms must be signed and returned to the office no later than 06 Dec 2019.

REMEMBRANCE DAY
Prince Edward Legion Branch #81 will be holding it annual Remembrance Day Service on Monday, Nov 11th, 2019 at Holy Eucharist Hall (460 Munroe Av). The following Cadets have been appointed to attend this service representing 177 RCACS:

Cadets are to arrive for 10:00 hrs.

All other Cadets are to attend the Remembrance Day Service at the RBC Convention Center. Cadets are to arrive at the Convention Center for 10:00 hrs. Cadets will meet on the main floor front entrance for attendance and file in for the service.
Parents are encouraged to attend the services as well.

Dress Code: Uniform with poppy ; if you do not have a uniform: dress shirt/blouse, black pants, black shoes, and a poppy.

TRAINING
Ground School – cancelled Nov 9th

Level 5 Workshop weekend – 22Nov – 24Nov

Band Clinic – has been postponed and will take place in 2020.

Effective Speaking – Sat Nov 9th, Room 18, 1200 – 1400 hrs

Aviation Day (Mandatory Training) – Sat Nov 30 – Minto; 0900 – 1600 hrs; details to follow

CAF Familiarization: Level 1 & 2 Cadets; 17 Wing (402 Squadron); 0900 hrs - 1200 hrs; details to follow.

RANGE
Thursdays from 1800 - 2100 hrs at Minto in Range 2.

PIPE BAND
No practice Nov 9th.

DRILL TEAM
No practice Nov 10th.

ADMINISTRATION
Reminder that if you are not coming to Cadets you must call or email the office in order to be considered excused by the Thursday evening prior.

Office Hours: 1800 – 2045 hrs on Fridays only

Mom's Pantry & Sausage Makers
The Sponsoring Committee has provided the order forms to Cadets on Friday, Nov 8th.

Orders are due as follows:
Mom's Pantry: cash/cheque orders - 15 Nov 2019; Online orders - 22 Nov 2019
Sausage Makers: 22 Nov 2019
Cheques are made out to: 177 RCACS Parent Sponsoring Committee
Delivery Date for both is: 06 Dec 2019

Cadets will be requested to sign-up for a shift on one of these 2 days. Sign-up sheets will be coming out shortly.

ARRIVAL & PICK-UP
Cadets should not arrive prior to 1800 hrs as the doors to the building may not be unlocked and there may not be Officers present to take responsibility of your child.
Cadets are to be picked up no later than 2130 hrs. Parents are asked to come inside at 2100 hrs to hear any announcements that are given at the end of the evening.
