TRAINING
Starting November 13th, the Squadron will be moving to Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) for the training platform. This will allow for a better training experience. If you do not currently use MS Teams, you are not required to download any software. When clicking on training links, there will be the option to use the 'Browser Version'.
Link to Training Schedule: Training Schedule: & Meeting Links: Nov - Dec 2020
**NOTE***: It will be the same training link for each class for each Level. We no longer need separate links for each period. Cadets will remain in the classroom for the evening. Cadets will be able to log in/out as needed.
**NOTE**: During Friday's parade night, our website was overwhelmed & crashing with users trying to access the meeting link from the Weekly Announcements and Calendar.
We strongly urge all users to access the meeting links from the Weekly Announcements in your email, OR, copy and paste the link into your device calendar so that you will have easy access to it. This should alleviate all future website crashes.
Level 5 Instructors:
A reminder that you will now be required to upload your Lesson Plans, presentations and other training materials you want to share into the MS Teams portal, per the instructions given at last week's meeting.
REMEMBRANCE DAY
Cadets are NOT authorized to attend any in-person Remembrance Day Services if identifying as a member of the Cadet Organization (i.e. you are not allowed to wear your Cadet uniform).
This includes school services, etc [You may attend as a civilian].
REMEMBRANCE DAY VIRTUAL PARADE (NOV 6):
Thank you for all the Cadets, parents and guests that were able to join us this past Friday for the remembrance Day Parade.
For those who were unable to attend, the video has been posted on the Facebook page and on YouTube so that you can view it.

ANNUAL VALIDATIONS
We still have quite a number of missing Annual Validation Forms. We require these to be turned in ASAP, as you risk being removed from our system. If that occurs, then you will be required to re-apply.
An updated list will be posted next week.
COVID-19 COURSE
- A reminder that all Cadets must complete the COVID-19 course as noted in previous announcements and on the web page.
- Your Certificate MUST have your name and the date you completed the course that is automatically populated when you pass the test. [If this is missing - it will be returned to you and will not be accepted.]
- **NOTE** - You cannot just skip the course and do the test. The system will notice that you have not completed the course and will not populate your name/date on the certificate.
- Please complete this sooner rather than later, so that you are not rushed to have this completed at a later time.
How to access the course is posted on the website or click here: How to Access COVID-19 Course
