REMINDERS:
All Level 5 Cadets

ALL Level 5 Cadets should be attending in-person this Friday (Nov 19).

Arrive: 1830 hrs
Instructors will be set-up in classrooms to teach (if you are teaching a virtual class).
If you have a device you can use, please bring it, if not please inform Lt Gabi Chennells ASAP to ensure a device is set-up for you.
When not teaching, you will be attending sessions with Capt Dionne-St. Vincent and Lt G Chennells. There is much planning to do for the coming months.
DRESS CODE & DEPORTMENT
A reminder that if you have your uniform, you should be wearing it during class. If your uniform no longer fits, then you should be dressed appropriately. You should be wearing collared shirts, pants, and look presentable. Hair should be trimmed or pulled back in a bun (females).
DO NOT WEAR: ripped jeans, hoodies, graphic tees or sweaters, leggings/jeggings, etc.
MS Teams Assistance:
Lt G Chennells will be available to assist anyone who is having access issues or needs a tutorial on how to upload documents or navigate around through Office 365 & MS Teams.
If you have a device that you are using and having issues with that device, please bring it as it is easier to see what the issue may be, if we can see it.
ATTENDANCE
A reminder that if you are not attending a parade night, you should be completing a Cadet Absentee Request Form on the 177rcacs.ca website (under Forms tab).

If you have completed the course, please provide your certificate to 177Air@cadets.gc.ca; if you have not completed this yet, please do so ASAP as this is a requirement in order to re-enter Minto Armoury once we receive the approval to do so.
