CODE OF CONDUCT
We are still missing quite a few of these forms from Cadets. In addition, there are quite a number that were handed in without a Parent signature. Cadets & Parents should check with the office if you have not turned this in or didn't sign the form. This document is required to be completed by ALL Cadets and Parents.
The form can be found on the website under "Weekly Announcements"
Forms must be signed and returned to the office no later than 06 Dec 2019.

TAG DAYS - DEC 14 & 15
Sign-up sheets are available. Please see FSgt McAllister to sign up. Below are a list of locations and dates/times that need a shift filled. Either sign up with FSgt McAllister or email the Squadron at 177Air@cadets.gc.ca (ensure to put in the Cadet name, location, date and time and use "Tag Days" in the subject line). This is a very important fundraiser for the Squadron. We have 171 Cadets on strength, therefore every shift should be filled.
We still need 101 shifts filled. The ones highlighted in red are especially needed. This will only take 2 hours of your time. Parents from the Parent Committee are supervising therefore parents are not required to supervise your Cadet at this event.

TRAINING
AVIATION DAY (NOV 30) – CANCELLED; will be rescheduled in the New Year

GROUND SCHOOL (SQUADRON ONLY)
Nov 30: 0900 - 1100 hrs at Minto (Room 18)

EFFECTIVE SPEAKING
Nov 30: 1200 - 1400 hrs

CANADIAN ARMED FORCES FAMILIARIZATION – Level 1 & 2
Sat, Dec 7; 0900 – 1200 hrs; 17 Wing (CFB Winnipeg)
Please see the handout for information (also posted on the website). This is for all Level 1 & 2’s to attend this training. If you are not able to attend you must inform the office.

RANGE
Thursday; 1800 - 2100 hrs at Minto in Range 2.
Dress: Civilian

PIPE BAND
Nov 30: 1000 hrs - 1200 hrs

DRILL TEAM
Dec 1: 1300 - 1500 hrs.
Bring your parade boots and water bottle.
Last practice for the year. Will resume in January (date to be announced).

ADMINISTRATION
Reminder that if you are not coming to Cadets you must call or email the office in order to be considered excused by the Thursday evening prior.

Office Hours: 1800 – 2045 hrs on Fridays only

PARENT SPONSORING COMMITTEE
MOM'S PANTRY & SAUSAGE MAKERS
Will be delivered Friday, December 6
Pick up available after 8pm
Orders NOT picked up on December 6 will be discarded as we do not have space available to store orders.

COMMUNITY SERVICE - FOOD DRIVE
Winnipeg Harvest Holiday Food Drive
A reminder that we have a this Holiday Food Drive going on until Dec 13! The bins will be located near the office.
A list of the 10 Most Wanted items is posted on the website.
Every Cadet that contributes to the Food Drive will be entered into a draw to win a prize! Draws will take place on Dec 13!

ARRIVAL & PICK-UP
Cadets should not arrive prior to 1800 hrs as the doors to the building may not be unlocked and there may not be Officers present to take responsibility of your child.
Cadets are to be picked up no later than 2130 hrs. Parents are asked to come inside at 2100hrs to hear any announcements that are given at the end of the evening.
