CADET CODE OF CONDUCT
In accordance with a national directive from the Chief of Staff, National Cadet & Junior Canadian Rangers Support Group, Cadets are now required to read, acknowledge and sign the Cadet Code of Conduct form. Parents are also required to read and sign the Code of Conduct. Failure to follow any items listed on the Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary measures to be determined by the Commanding Officer of the Squadron. This form will be retained by the Squadron in the Cadet’s personnel file.

Forms must be signed and returned to the office no later than 06 Dec 2019.

REMEMBRANCE DAY
Prince Edward Legion Branch #81 will be holding it annual Remembrance Day Service on Monday, Nov 11th, 2019 at Holy Eucharist Hall (460 Munroe Av). The following Cadets have been appointed to attend this service representing 177 RCACS:

Cadets are to arrive for 10:00 hrs.
All other Cadets are to attend the Remembrance Day Service at the RBC Convention Center. Cadets are to arrive at the Convention Center for 10:00 hrs. Cadets will meet on the main floor front entrance for attendance and file in for the service.
Parents are encouraged to attend the services as well.
Dress Code: Uniform with poppy ; if you do not have a uniform: white dress shirt, black pants, black shoes, and a poppy.
If you have any concerns with the assignments, please see Lt R Chennells on Friday, Nov 8th.
TRAINING
"THEY SHALL NOT GROW OLD" Film Viewing
The 23 Cadets that signed up for the “They Shall Not Grow Old” Movie will attend the screening at Building 90 -17 Wing Theatre. Doors open 1830 hrs and movie begins at 1900 hrs.
This is only for the cadets that signed up and confirmed this Friday. Refer to last week's announcements for the list of Cadets.
Dress: Uniform –Tunic, light blue collared shirt, tie, wedge, pants and boots. NO CIVILIAN CLOTHING
Parents are responsible for dropping off cadets and must have ID
2Lt G Chennells will meet the Cadets at the theater.

GROUND SCHOOL
No Ground School on 09 Nov.
EFFECTIVE SPEAKING
Saturdays from 1200 - 1400 hrs; Room 18

SUPPLY
Poppies are to be worn with uniform.
Check the board for more information on arrivals of uniform parts.
If you are waiting for a fleece from last year, check-in with Capt Ocran to see if it came in.
Level 1’s if you have not seen Capt Ocran for measurements please see her first period or at break.
RANGE
No Range on 07 Nov.
PIPE BAND
No practice on 09 Nov.
BAND CLINIC (Pipe Band only) 22 Nov - 24 Nov
The Band Clinic has been postponed until some time in 2020. New information will be provided once it is received from Regional Headquarters.
DRILL TEAM
1300 - 1500 hrs at Minto.
ADMINISTRATION
Annual Verifications must be completed and handed in to CI Flook in the office, before Cadet can do any activities (FTX, Drill, Range) with the Squadron. We are still missing quite a few of these.
Reminder that if you are not coming to Cadets you must call or email the office in order to be considered excused by the Thursday evening prior.
Office Hours: 1800 – 2045 hrs on Fridays only
