GLENLEA GREENHOUSES SPRING FUNDRAISER

This year’s fundraising campaign will be a sale of bedding plants, perennials, hanging baskets, vegetables, herbs, succulents, container gardens and Plant Gift Cards (gift certificates) from Glenlea Greenhouses. Check out the catalogue for products whose prices are competitive with garden centres and are known to be of excellent quality. The Fall Garden Mums that are easily ordered now in the spring are delivered shortly after Labor Day in the early Fall. The Plant Gift Certificate Cards can be used at either their retail location in Glenlea or at their booth at the Farmers’ Markets in St Norbert, or the Downtown Winnipeg Market. You as the customer can follow these simple steps to shopping and paying online at Glenlea Greenhouses website at

1) Enter Glenlea Greenhouses online fundraiser store at www.glenleagreenhouses.com by selecting the Begin Fundraising Shopping on the home page.
2) Shop, Search and Select all their plant requirements
3) Once finished shopping, there are two fields in the Shopping Cart just before the checkout
- Please Select 177 Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron, Friday May 15th from the dropdown below
o This is a drop-down field where you will select your group
o Please note that the fundraiser group selected here is where the proceeds of the purchase will be directed towards and where it will be picked up on the date specified unless told by my organization otherwise.
- Name of Seller=CADET (the name of the individual you are supporting with this fundraiser's name)
o This is the name of the person the order will be directed towards.
o You will then continue to the checkout
- you will fill in your personal information and proceed to the confirmation page

4) Next you will reach Payment method
- Payment can be completed with VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards or new for this year INTERAC e-transfer.
5) Shortly after completion of the order an email confirmation is sent to the email address provided confirming delivery date and location along with the products ordered.
6) Online orders will be able to be placed until 11:59pm on April 15th 2020.
7) Plant Gift Cards (gift certificates) will be delivered to the group before April 30th for
distribution to those individuals who purchased them.

Online, in the catalogue and on the order form all pricing includes taxes. Extra order forms to keep track of your individual orders can also be downloaded off the website. Keep these at home to make distributing your orders easier.
For paper orders: After taking your orders, compile them all on the order form enclosed. Only one order form
per participant please.

Paper order forms (cash/cheque) must be in by March 27th.
Online orders are accepted until April 15th.

The plants will be delivered to Minto Armoury, 969 St. Matthews on May 15th and will need all orders to be picked up by 9:00 pm.

All the proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards supporting our cadets in activities not covered by government funding like Familiarization of Flying (flying in fluid era and small engine aircraft), transportation, lunches, cadet appreciation events (Holiday dinner and End of Year Fun Day) as well as Cadet League Annual Registration and Operating Costs (phone bill, office supplies etc).
